If they will die without it, and you do want to keep them alive (say, they've got some uncurable disease that has something to do with that limb) - you might want to do that likewise, use them to fix your own colonists in the time of need. ![]() You may want to check this mod if you really want to expand on medicine and surgery in your game:Īs to "when" should you do that - yeah, that's entirely up to you.
